About Chef Taheri
Chef Mahdi Taheri’s interest in food preparation developed early in life. Born in of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the heart of the capital Manama on July 26th, 1987, Mahdi Taheri is the youngest of six children and spent a great deal of time in the kitchen with his mother, Mariam, an old school passionate chef.
He began his love affair with food at the age of ten, And his first job at the age of fifteen was in a local steakhouse restaurant where he started learning the basics skills of cooking under experienced chefs. It didn’t take time for him to become the next talent and be noticed. Determined to become a chef de cuisine, he continues expanding his cooking skills until he mastered the culinary art.
